Hemp laws are changing. Here’s what you need to know.
Important changes take effect December 11, 2026. Stock up on your favorite products while you still can.
What’s happening with the hemp law?
A major change to federal hemp regulations is scheduled to take effect on December 11, 2026, significantly restricting the types of hemp-derived products that can legally be sold.
Under the new rules, many hemp products containing even small amounts of THC will no longer qualify as federally legal hemp. This includes products that contain naturally occurring THC, even when those amounts are minimal and the products are not intended to produce intoxicating effects.
While legislation has been introduced that could delay or change these restrictions, we do not anticipate a resolution before the December 11 deadline.
For now, we have to prepare for the law to take effect as scheduled.
What does this mean for EntheaCare?
After December 11, we will no longer be able to sell our hemp products that contain THC.
We know how important these products have become to many of you, and we want to be as transparent as possible about what is changing.
The good news? Not everything is going away.
Still available after December 11
- Relief Oil: our latest batch tested negative for THC.
- YoniEase Suppositories: our latest batch also tested negative for THC.
- Boost Gummies: formulated without THC.
- NEW Recover Softgels: formulated without THC.
