Works well for sleep. I do find that one chew leaves me feeling sleepy the next day so I have to take it earlier or take a half if it's later in the evening.

I am 79 year old and have been taking care of my dad who is 100 year old and suffers from dementia ,during the past three years both of us have had a difficult time sleeping. Ok the proper name of the product is Twilight Gummies and I'm on my 3rd year of using. They are apart of my getting ready for bed. I even have a timer because they take an hour, which is fine... if you're on a schedule. These Gummies help with pain and provide a gentle nudge to get in bed and sleep. Not fall asleep you litterly nod off. I'm sure I sound like a toddler fighting bedtime but my body just won't do it.

I had cancer in my spine in 2017. I am currently cancer free, but still deal with nerve pain and insomnia. I have tried many prescription drugs but nothing helped. Started off by only taking a quarter gummie because I’ve never done this before and the first night ended up with some really funky dreams I didn’t sleep well so then I took a half of a gummie and slept a little bit better still have to work my way up to one gummie.
