What is microdosing coaching?

Microdosing coaching is structured, private support while you take very small, sub-perceptual doses of psilocybin. A coach helps you set intentions, choose a schedule, track how you respond and make sense of what comes up.

At EntheaCare, that coach is a registered nurse. Your nurse screens your health history and medications first, then meets with you every week.

Microdosing coaching FAQs

Still have questions? Your free discovery call is the place to ask them.

Can I microdose while taking antidepressants?

It depends on the medication. Your nurse runs a medication interaction check on your first call. Never stop or change a prescription without talking to your prescriber.

When can I start?

Any time. Both programs run year-round, so there's no cohort to wait for. You start after your free discovery call.

Can my partner and I do this together?

Yes. In Microdosing for Couples you meet with your nurse together each week, with a theme for each session such as communication, trust and intimacy.

Is there microdosing support near me?

All sessions are online, so you can join from home. [Confirm which states you serve.]

Is psilocybin legal where I live?

Psilocybin is illegal under U.S. federal law. A few states and cities have decriminalized or regulated it. Your nurse will talk through what applies where you live.

How much does microdosing coaching cost?

Pricing depends on the level of support you need, and your nurse will walk you through it on your free call. HSA/FSA is accepted and a sliding scale is available.

What does microdosing feel like?

A microdose is meant to be sub-perceptual, so most people don't feel "high." Changes tend to be subtle and show up over weeks, which is why weekly check-ins help.

Not sure yet? Start with a conversation.

Ask a nurse your questions and see if microdosing is right for you. The call is free, with no commitment.
